DMCA & copyright notices

CineChannel respects intellectual-property rights and reviews properly submitted notices concerning material accessible through the service.

No video is hosted by CineChannel

CineChannel does not host, store, or upload any video files. All playback is streamed directly from independent third-party providers via their own embeds and links; CineChannel only displays metadata (titles, posters, descriptions) sourced from public catalog APIs. We do not control which providers are available at any given time, and provider names are intentionally not shown in the player interface.

Before sending a notice

Identify the exact CineChannel URL concerned. Because playback material originates from and remains hosted by third-party services, a complaint should also be sent to the service that actually controls and hosts the source material.

Your notice must include

  • A physical or electronic signature of an authorized person.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if several works are involved.
  • Identification and exact location of the material claimed to infringe.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement of your good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

Counter-notification

A person affected by a removal may submit a legally sufficient counter-notification identifying the removed material, consenting to the appropriate jurisdiction, and stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.

Designated agent

The operator and designated-agent contact details must be configured before public launch. This page does not itself claim safe-harbour status — where legally required, formal designated-agent registration is a separate step from publishing this address.
